Welcome to Tedal Martial Arts. We offer Junior, Adult and Advanced martial arts classes for adults and children in and around the Essex & East London area.
Learn martial arts in a safe, fun and friendly environment where children can develop important life skills and adults can feel fitter and healthier. We are a family run martial arts academy where everyone is welcome – especially beginners.
Children can start from the age of 4 years old, usually when they have developed enough self-control and focus. Our classes focus on technique rather than strength and fitness so anyone can take part regardless of their ability.
